Opening a Trade
Select your trading pair such as BTC, ETH, USDT and other emerging classes on the left.
Set up your Trade:
Select your Buy (long) or Sell (short) option on your trade.
Select your Market, Limit, or Stop Order:
Market Order: An order to buy or sell an asset immediately at the best available current price. It prioritizes execution over price.
Limit Order: An order to buy or sell an asset at a specific price or better. It ensures price control but may not execute if the market doesn't reach the specified price.
Stop Order (Stop-Loss Order): An order triggered when the market reaches a specific price, converting it into a market order to minimize losses or lock in profits.
Decide your collateral and leverage level (we offer options up to 150x on certain pairs).
Review the position and place your order.
The order will remain pending under our “Pending Orders” section on our platform until approved where it will move into the “Active Orders” tab.
Closing a Trade
To Close a Trade: Review the trade you want to close under the chart in the “Active” orders tab. When you are ready to close, select the “X” button, confirm the action, and sign the approval/fee for closing.

Check Your History and Flex your PnL
Check out your order history by navigating to the History tab under the orders section. From there you can select the arrow on the right of the tab where you will be directed to a page to display and customize your PnL.

Problem Troubleshooting
Experiencing an issue with a pending trade and want to cancel?
Head over to the "Pending" tab in your orders section and toggle "Show Market Orders". Then "X" the pending trade (the same as closing a regular trade) in order to cancel before it moves to active. This should also return any collateral used for the order as well.
